Welcome to Worthing Chess Club.
We are a friendly chess club with a growing membership, we welcome players of all ages and strengths.
Our membership ranges from the enthusiastic novice up to county strength players with grades ranging from 40 to 200. We also have a small, but growing, number of juniors.
From September to the end of May we hold club nights every Monday from 7:20pm for friendly games, club competitions and league matches.
The Tarring Club

Parking may be tight in Pavilion Road but space is
freely available in Bulkington Avenue, just 200m to the North.
Worthing field 4 teams in the Mid Sussex League - two in Division 1; and one each in Divisions 3 & 4.
We also run several internal club tournaments which are open to all paid-up members.
